Wayne St. Patrick Williams was born in Clarendon Jamaica. He always dreams about giving back to his community. These dreams about giving back to his community starts when Wayne was about nine years old. He stays aware and shows genuine concern about the need of others. Consequently, he shares his lunch money with other school children. Eventually, he migrated to United States. Wayne currently works in the healthcare field.
Wayne never forgets about giving back to his community. His story is personal. He remembers when his father becomes ill. Unfortunately, Wayne’s father died at the hospital in the hallway. This happened in 2014. Basic medical care was not there for his dad. After all, his dad was waiting in the hospital’s hallway. His stepmother also became seriously ill. Similarly, a very unfortunate thing happened. She died minutes of arriving at the hospital. This is the same hospital where his dad died.
Wayne’s dream of giving back to his community is real. Subsequently, his dream becomes Stem Uprising Corporation a non-profit organization. He wants to find out what assistance the local hospital need. Wayne and his wife Akeaba visited two hospitals. The hospitals need assistance to get medical supplies and equipment. As a result of the visits, Stem Uprising is now giving free medical supplies and equipment to these hospitals in Jamaica.
As a result of your generous donations, Stem Uprising Corporation provides help to the local community. For example, the back to school event gives school supplies to children in the local community. Stem Uprising also works with the local hospital to support several community blood drives.
We hope you will consider making a financial or material donation. Stem Uprising believes we will make a difference in many lives because of your support. Thank you.
